About The Job 

Your primary focus will be to make sure that our projects are managed well in terms of scope, time, and quality. If you have a minimum of +5 years of experience as either Project Manager or Scrum Master (or both), we see it as a great advantage. Your tasks will include: 

• Participate in the bid and winning of projects 
• Participate in the scoping and mobilization phase of the project 
• Develop and monitor project plans, deadlines etc. 
• Keeping track of time, estimates and status reporting report to the customer 
• Keeping track of progress in the project and flagging potential risks towards the customer 
• Facilitating status meetings, workshops etc. with the customer 
• Ensure satisfied stakeholders and evaluate project performance 

As project manager or scrum master you will be involved in projects that are centered around digital data transformations, and datawarehousing, lakehouse, datascience and cloud transformation are some of the IT-disciplines that will be part of the projects and you should find interesting. 

About You 

We expect you to be a solid facilitator and a strong team player who can keep track of projects from start to finish. 

The following are not requirements but will provide a solid foundation for success in the job: 

• Minimum +5years of experience with as a Project Manager or Scrum Master (not necessarily within the IT industry) used to work in agile environments 
• Strong communication skills; it is a requirement that you can communicate fluently in English. Additionally, it would be advantageous if you are also fluent in Danish. 
• Solid facilitation skills; experienced in setting up and facilitating internal status meetings as well as meetings with external stakeholders 
• Detail-oriented; pays attention to the detail whether it comes to SoWs, time reporting or other customer-related documents
