Innologic will celebrate its 10th anniversary as Denmark’s only pure SAP BI-agency in April 2015. Much of the success is due to the company’s ability to deliver innovative Business Intelligence solutions to the largest private and public companies in Denmark and the Nordic region. Solutions that gives customers deep insight and overview.
It is an almost constant growth line over the past 10 years, which has characterized Innologics solid success on the Danish SAP BI scene. Originally, the company was established, because the founders saw an excellent opportunity to bridge the gap between SAP AG’s advanced business intelligence technology and the high demands for insight and overview made by the major companies. Therefore, Innologic built its business on experienced consultants who manage to combine business and technique right from the start. This means that management models, data warehouse strategies, project management, data modeling, programming and testing are core competencies of Innologic’s carefully selected employees.
Kick start of the customers implementation
“During the financial and debt crisis, Innologic met for the first time a challenge in the market. This was in the form of outsourcing to low-wage countries, where the lower labor costs should ensure that customers achieved savings on the BI budget. Consequently, Innologic chose to optimize its delivery model, and today the company delivers a number of proprietary products, that kick starts customer implementation projects, so Innologic much faster than before can deliver real business value.
The complexity of the BI-area means that is necessary to have a close relationship between our customers’ business users and our own BI consultants. Otherwise it is impossible to ensure that the solution reach the required value. Innologics products and consultants combines both business and technical BI skills, and today we are faced with a competitive advantage, which means that we can very quickly generate results in cooperation with our customers”, says Lars Millgaard, partner and co-founder of Innologic.
There are many indications now that the market really is on the way out of the crisis. In order to maintain the competitive advantage the strategy for Innologic is therefore investing heavily in both staff skills and product development. It means, for example, that employees are certified regularly in SAP Business Warehouse, SAP Business Objects, HANA, etc. Moreover, it is part of the company’s DNA and culture that employees seek inspiration from each other, external networks and academic environments.
We have fought hard to get where we are today, and the management of Innologic is very aware that the future requires even greater efforts to maintain and enhance our success in the BI market. During the past year, we have certified all our consultants in the latest versions of the software we work with, and in addition, we have implemented a challenging consulting development program together with UNIK HR. This means that we in coming years is well prepared to present a number of news and initiatives that we feel confident will create even greater business benefits to our customers, explains one of Innologics other founders and current partner Keld Pilegaard.
